First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests. Lily and her manager are absolutely amazing and so professional. You can tell they are on top of every single detail, and they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I will try to stay here from now on, even though it's a bit of a distance from my work. It is worth the extra miles just to have peace of mind that I will be treated with grace and respect. The hotel is also absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous lobby and beautiful modern rooms, with incredible beds and amenities.

Location, cleanliness, free parking, breakfast (we only added $10 to get free breakfast for 2! The choices were not the typical you'll find in other hotels)

Everything was amazing clean rooms,lobby etc and staff is great.

Location near freeway, large and clean room, very comfortable bed.

Hotel is gorgeous!!! Jane the front desk accommodated my early check in request and she was super sweet! I loved the cabanas at the pool and the packaged lavender was a nice touch for a goodnight sleep.
