The property was clean and nice. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly & helpful.

The staff was AMAZING. They were very nice and respectful. They seemed happy and very eager to help. There was not one person that had a negative attitude. Everyone seemed happy to be there and they always appeared to be busy working but not too busy to help or even say hello. I can not say enough good things about all the staff. The servers, front desk, maintenence, housekeeping. Everyone was so nice. I did not valet but the guys working the valet even spoke to me walking into the hotel.

The morning breakfast and staff were exceptional. Really loved the personal touch of the made to order espresso machine by staff.

As much as it cost to stay at this hotel, parking should be free, breakfast should be free and those two things made me realize that I will not be back at this hotel.

Located right by Cascade Park and short walk to downtown. Rooms are clean and comfy and great coffee shops as well as restaurants within walking distance. Also beautiful park to get some exercise.
