Big, quiet room. It was warm outside and A/C was cold, so that's always a plus for me. Friendly people around and staff. Pretty close to places I needed to go. For a quick bite, I Recommend the Pizza/Sub place across the street, clean and yummy!

The general manager, Beth, is a delight to work with. She, staff and extended stay guests remembered me when I arrived and greeted me as a friend. I had stayed at the hotel in October. The room was large and nicely decorated. I love having a kitchenette and lots of space. There was not a first floor room available, so the staff and extended stay guests helped bring all my things to my room.

The staff were the friendliest and most accommodating bunch I have run across in years. They went above and beyond to make me welcome. The whole place brought back memories of a bygone era. Very retro and not sterile as so many newer hotels.

I travel back and forth to Winchester for work and this place hasn’t disappointed yet. The staff are all very friendly, the rooms are clean, price is nice, and the area is pretty quiet (I work nights so I’m sleeping during the day).
