The room they gave us was close to the poem and to the front desk and they made coffee in the morning and it was good coffee too I love the fact that it's convenient to many places we go like Clayton or Alex Bay and even close by the grocery stores and restaurants having a pool is a huge Plus this hotel as I would go to every time we visit this area the staff is always very pleasant as well
Check in staff was informative and helpful with all that was required. The checkout staff was friendly , informative and helpful as well.
The prices and the staff especially angel were amazing the place was clean for the price it was excellent it could use a few cosmetic updates what didn't you
Everything was great. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. However I was extremely impressed with the hotel. The room was larger than I expected. The room was clean. I called down to the office at 8pm to let them know the microwave wasn't working and they had a working one to me within 10 minutes. I didn't have any issues with staff or the property. I am a traveling nurse and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this is one of the better ones I have been in. I plan to return to this hotel for the remaining weeks of my contract.
I liked that it was in off the main road and therefore quiet. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.
