Комната маленькая, мебель простая, но в целом чисто. Близость отеля к вокзалу.
На этаже 1 общий туалет и душ, туалетная бумага на всех 1 рулон, который быстро закончился, в общественных местах не очень чисто.
Очень хороший отель
Из плюсов:
- рядом вокзал, это РЕАЛЬНЫЙ плюс, когда пойдете гулять увидите бедных туристов, кто тащит чемоданы через мосты и узкие улочки
- душ с горячей водой и хорошим напором
- мы жили в другом здании (да, отзывы о том, что вас могут заселить в другом здании правда, но поверьте это не страшно) и поэтому было тихо спать
- можно относительно рано выехать
- удобный матрас
- есть теплое одеяло
- есть своя раковина в номере
- рядом спар
- 20-30 минут до Сан Марко это очень хорошо, всегда возвращаясь домой любуешься Венецией

- в целом нормальная шумоизоляция в номере, не супер было слышно соседей, но в коридоре слышны были шаги
- часть персонала плохо говорит по английски
Из минусов:
- та самая раковина засорена и очень долго стоит вода
- не всегда качественная уборка в ванной
- когда пришли к 14, номер ещё не был убран
Очень приветливый администратор, хорошее расположение . Также в номере был репеллент от комаров , очень кстати .

Близкое расположение к вокзалу и к площади, с которой уходят автобусы в аэропорт. Сравнительно низкая цена, учитывая расценки в Венеции, но, конечно, стоит понимать, что это очень и очень бюджетный вариант. Для одной ночевки, не более.
