Really close to the airport and amazing to have the complimentary shuttle! To go to the city without a car is also convenient as it is close to a few bus stops and though the ride to town is long, it's convenient to have if you are only a couple of days in Honolulu and don't want to rent a car Hotel and room were really clean and kept as such Very happy with the overall service, the staff and their advice, the amenities, location, etc... Really recommend for a few nights in Honolulu if transiting to visit other Hawaiian islands, or just travel from/to mainland or international! One small thing was that the pool was not all super clean when we went there but not a big problem either :)

It’s very close to the airport Comfortable bed and nice room Nice and clean I didn’t like the sign in the courtesy shuttle asking to tip the person to lift a bag. The day we checked out front desk staff gave us wrong information about catching the shuttle and weren’t as friendly

Room clean and roomy. Bed comfortable and room temperature good. Shower was also warm and clean. Polite but not helpful - you need a better key system . Did not work well. Because you advertise being close to the airport you need a shuttle that runs at similar times as the flight. Had to get a taxi to get to my early morning flight. Room smelled of smoke.
