First of all, the view is UNBEATABLE. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunset daily.
This is a great property in a convenient location. The condo is well appointed with renovated kitchen/bathrooms and has all the essentials + extras (beach chairs, etc.). The KTA superstore nearby sells superb fresh poke (forget about the touristy "poke bowl" places) and hot foods. The beds are very comfortable and linens high quality. Overall an excellent stay.
We loved the lanai at this property. The view was amazing. It is, in fact open and airy.
Very clean, quiet location, 15min south of Kailua-Kona proper. Very clean apartment in a larger apartment with well equipped kitchen. Amazing view directly onto the ocean, with sunsets (an moonsets!) straight ahead. Access to local pool and tennis court (though we didn't use those).
Waking up in the morning to a view of the Pacific was absolutely amazing. I spent a whole day looking at the view and watching canoes go by. The location is also a short walk from a beach for snorkeling.
