Very smooth process. Day of vacation i was given the door code and everything was smooth unlike my last VRBO vacation....
Great place in a quiet neighbourhood. The manager, Alex, even made suggestions for great places to eat.
The location is excellent. It is easy to get to and from the destinations that we needed to visit. The beds were comfortable. There is an inflatable mattress for some of the kids to use and it was the best quality I have ever seen. The unit had all the necessities that were needed for the stay (plates, cutlery, pans, cups, glasses, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). Laundry facilities are complimentary at the property. The living area has a large tv with a Roku for you to use.
It was in a quiet area. I felt safe at night coming into the apartment
Clean place, amenities available like a 5 stars hotel, very good customer service
