DON’T STAY AT THEIR APARTMENTS!! Zero stars. The apartment was FILTHY, the wifi and the air conditioning barely worked, once the power went out too, and even after just a light drizzle, the CEILING STARTED LEAKING and the whole bathroom ended up soaked. We contacted them on Whatsup, explaining the problem, the fact that we could not use the room anymore. very soon they replied, offering us another flat for the remainder of our stay,but it was so far away from the city center that we decided not to move there, so they offered a compensation of 30 %. We decided to accept the offer, we thought that’s fair, we exchanged nice messages, they seemed correct. Now it’s been almost a MONTH and the price still hasn’t been refunded… They’re dodging the promised refund and completely ghosting me. DO NOT STAY AT THEIR APARTMENTS!! THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO CUT CORNERS, AND GET AWAY WITH TAKING YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEARING! don’t even get me started on the STAINS on the bed sheets…
