Loved the cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms.
Very helpful and welcoming staff. Was able to do early check-in. Stored my luggage until a room was available, which didn't take too long. The room was very clean and comfortable.
When we arrived, there was no one at the check in desk. Other guests were waiting as well. We waited five minutes with the phone ringing unanswered the whole time. I was disappointed that the snack bar provided absolutely nothing free for breakfast except coffee. Most hotels have free granola bars and fruit. At Aloft, an apple cost $2.00.
The staff was AMAZING. They made sure that we were well accommodated.
The facility offered no meals, exercise facilities, or any extra attractions. The parking cost was outrageous per day. The only thing I enjoyed was the staff.
