Excellent location in the city. Modern decor. Secure access to upper floors. Friendly front desk, service, and maintenance staff. Pool. Comfortable, second level outdoor area overlooking street below.

The location of the hotel was amazing. There was parking. You do have to pay $20 a day for that, but it was worth it. Parking in downtown Asheville is not easy. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was very clean. Our room was upgraded to a view of the mountains when we got there. We did not ask for that, but they did that for us. The staff was very nice and friendly there. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I loved how this property was SUPER pet friendly, had fun artwork, and was lively. The staff was able to help at any moment, and the 24 hour pool table was a hit for us. The location was perfect for exploring Asheville as first timers.

We travel with our dog (well-behaved golden retriever) and they are always accepting of his staying with us.
