The front desk clerk, I can’t remember his name, but he was the absolute best. He did everything in his power to make the stay the best possible.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Our dog enjoyed hanging out a bit in the reception lounge watching all the activity...and free pets!
The location on Whiskey Row is superb, and the bar patio was relaxing.
Well appointed room, quiet, delicious coffee ( not bitter) from the in room coffee maker!! Great shower and bath area, I highly recommend this hotel and location! Great and safe parking too! Very walkable location including the convention center and close to great restaurants.
The location was great. It was walking distance to where both tourists and locals alike go to.
Great place to stay for a concert at the YUM center... Only a block away. Lots of things to do and eat are close.
