The proximity to Lamar Valley in Yellowstone National Park is the reason my cousin and I picked this hotel (it was the cheapest within the area we wanted). It was also a small room with a minimalistic feel, which was nice; that way you're only paying for what you really need on a budget.
No cellular reception in the area and no wi-fi in the room. There was wi-fi around the office area, but that wasn't particularly practical. This made the location 4 stars versus 5.
