The staff was great. Went above and beyond to please us
Front desk staff and hotel manager were exceptional. Very Friendly, nice people to chat with. Hotel is in walking distance of the downtown area, restaurants and shopping.
The managers were very friendly. The updated design of the world map on lobby wall.
Very nice staff. Facilities need some improvement. Not convenient layout in the room.
Night stand only 1 side. Lamp used 60% of night stand space.
Microwave is in a knee high cubby. Can’t see the controls .
No night light in bathroom so the overhead light has to be used when you use the restroom in the middle of the night which then wakes you up and you can’t fall asleep. Furthermore, it tends to wake up the other person in bed because of the bright light shining into the bedroom when you open the door.
