Good location - reasonable rates - clean & comfy! We stayed five nights in this motel (room entrances off the parking lot) which we chose for its location right off I-75 and SR64. Plenty of parking available. Our check-in with Jennifer was so easy...she answered all our questions. Our room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was quite comfortable. Room needs addressed when we asked for attention. Given its proximity to Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, the room rate was quite reasonable. Fast Food options within walking distance.

Awesome Hotel I've visited this hotel on many occasions and it never waivers. The staff are friendly, rooms clean, a nice breakfast, and a pool! for all a fair price. Plus they have tons of restaurants and a Walmart right next door. Shout out to the manager Matt, he's an awesome guy who makes it all happen.

Was a wonderful experience! This was the cleanest little hotel we stayed in. The front desk staff were so accommodating and very, very friendly! We will stay here again!! The pool was very clean and wonderful. The location if the hotel was close to the major tourist attractions around the area. I would highly recommend the America's Best Value Inn. We only had the yogurt and coffee and maybe a banana. We really wanted to be by the beach on Ana Maria Island so the location was a bit far. Sometimes the traffic in the morning was crowded and after the sunset at night, the traffic was bad going back to our hotel. Staff was very good, our room was always clean and fresh when we came back in the evening. We were put on the ground floor. Which worried me. But the inn was very quiet at night. Pool was clean.
