Check in a breeze very friendly and accommodating I don't like elevators so she gave me a ground floor near door it was perfect. When we checked out the man let us have grab and go breakfast an hour early and he made us fresh coffee. Pool was very clean we didn't swim but others did. Location to interstate was great and cracker barrel we walked to. Excellent value we will use on return trips.
Friendly and helpful staff, variety of restaurants nearby, distance to downtown Knoxville is not bad
Location and price. Facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The non-smoking of the whole place was a plus as well didn't know when I booked on booking.com, but nice to see when I got there.
Close to the interstate. Reasonably priced. Restaurant was close.
Great location....quiet friendly staff quick check in
