The staff was so nice. I paid for a room there just so my daughter could use the pool, as my hotel's pool was under renovation. They wouldn't take my money and let me just use their pool. They were so nice!!!! Thank you to the staff at the front desk. Your hospitality was immeasurable compared to the service I was getting at the Hilton

A lot of great amenities and very close to the convention center. My room was great and staff very accommodating. I loved the fact that I was able to avoid long lines and check in electronically and able to use my iPhone for room key.

If your thinking if this is a good place to stay? Then yes!!! From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left. Great staff the really go up and beyond.

I love the smell compared to the Hilton. The rooms and spaces are very nice.

Convenient location for events at the Anaheim Convention center, clean rooms, clean property.
