Staff was warm & welcoming. Laundry facility is closed for remodel and accommodation was made to use facility next door. Room was large and accommodating for a family of 5.

Friendly staff and great customer service. I love the fitness room and breakfast. Housekeeping services were great!!!

La la loooved this hotel. There are recently renovated rooms that were a surcharge of course, but completely worth it in my opinion. Perfect room for families, spacious rooms with jack and Jill bathroom doors. Rooms don’t have microwave but there is a microwave on every floor in the ice machine room. Our room had a clear view of the firework show from Disney at night and we also had a lot of shopping walking distance. Shuttle bus walking distance from hotel that takes you to the park for a surcharge. Bus came every 30 minutes, completely worth it. Dropped us off right by the check point so we didn’t have to walk much, again, totally worth it. We were comped breakfast for my family of 5, and that alone is why I’m coming back. The breakfast was fantastic.

The room was spacious and lovely! Loved how they had the jack and Jill restroom. Beds were comfortable
