Small, clean, quiet, safe; very helpful staff; nice grassy lawn fronting the Niagara River; walk to a diner for breakfast. A good base of operations for visiting Niagara Falls State Park, but away from the fray. I appreciated having chairs and a table and windows that opened for fresh air, and being able to sit outside.
Location was great. it is right on the Niagra River. beautiful sunset.
rooms were old, but comfortable.
The owners/ operators were very friendly and accommodating with our schedule. Called ahead, and they had our room cleaned and ready for us. Great location, close to everything.
Loved the access to the river front.
The beds were comfortable and room clean.
I met some very interesting folks while sitting on the chairs in front of the room. It was fun!
Kathie at the front desk is a gem!
