Apartment is top floor of a house, is spacious, and has all amenities for an apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, washer & dryer, etc...) even though we didn't use them all. Hostess answers our text or call promptly. Location is great, just a few minutes from all the beaches and restaurants.
Very clean!!! Bed super comfortable. Had everything you need.

Apartment was clean and well stocked. Everything was as described and there was plenty of space. Host was great and responded in a timely manner. My earbuds fell out of my bag and ended up under the bed. House keeping found them and the host mailed them back to me free of charge. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice neighborhood, 5 miles to Ponte vedra concert hall. Clean. Easy to get in.
