Само местоположение отеля, рядом метро,трамвайная остановка, наличие крупных сетевых магазинов, предоставление парковочного места в гараже отеля.
При оформлении резервирования одним из выставленных требований значилось наличие в номере 2-х спален. Фактически были предложены апартаменты с одной спальней и спальней совмещенной с залом. После разговора с менеджером номер был заменен на иной, более подходящий под наши требования.
