EVERYTHING! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! CLEAN! COMFORTABLE! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO! WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ISLAND!
The location snd the staff. Very friendly always helpful. Believable comfy beds and very very clean.
Closeness to everything the little details they catered to like the refreshments in lobby all day the gazebo activities
The daily discounted breakfast at Regan's Pancake House. This truly helped with our meal expenses. The location as it was within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants, saving on driving time and gas.
It was very nice being given a breakfast voucher for Regans' Pancake House for the discounted price. With the cost of lodging, meals etc, being able to save anywhere we can is wonderful. We also enjoyed having snacks available in the lobby 24 hours. Sometimes when we weren't really hungry for a meal, that little snack of donuts and/or fruit with coffee/tea was just right. It was also nice being within walking distance of most attractions and restaurants, saving on having to get in our car and drive everywhere. We only drove when we wanted to...such as to Gatlinburg and Dollywood.
