Great little place. Loved the space. Having two separate bedrooms is nice. I tend to get up early so that way you don't disturb the other people. Beds are comfortable. There's a small tv room area to hang out along with a dining area in the kitchen. Parking was easy. You can probably fit 2 cars if you need to. And there are laundry facilities if needed. Location is good. Not too far of a drive to downtown Sarasota, local restaurants, or beaches.
Everything in general it’s like being home but not being stuck in a room. You have plenty of space to roam around.
Very quiet street. Even though people were staying next to us and behind us, we never heard them. My wife and I worked almost 2 months straight and needed a break. We took one of our dogs with us. Place was perfect! Even had candles, huge dog dish, and treats for us and our pup. Wonderful kitchen! It had everything you forget to bring. It was a wonderful stay
This was a very well-equipped cottage, nice touches like toiletries in the bathroom and games in the livingroom. Air conditioning was good too.
