The beds were very comfortable & the unit was well stocked.

Great place to stay during our visit to Gainesville. The house is clean, beautifully maintained, newly renovated and has a nice ambiance.

It was fresh. Completely stocked with everything I could need , and quiet. There was a lovely pool which I did not use.

The host's communication leading up to checking in was excellent! It was very clear how to locate the property and operate the lock ahead of time. The host made sure to encourage communication if anything was needed but there wasn't really much we were missing! The space was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen was so nice to have. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding available. The host also provided basic toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, and coffee/tea, etc. Everything in the kitchen was labeled so there was no need to guess where anything was! Both beds were extremely comfortable, as was the couch for lounging, and we loved that all the rooms had ceiling fans for air flow. The little back porch was adorable and we really appreciated access to a washing machine and dryer. This place earned an easy 10/10!
