Well located in the center of Florence
The hotel is clean and rooms are grate mentained

Хотелось бы чайник в номер
Потрясающее местоположение, выходишь и фактически оказываешься между Уффицы, палаццо Веккьо и Понте Веккьо! Был нормальный завтрак, хотя и совершенно не разнообразный.
Отель не соответствует описанию на Островке. Была очень плохая уборка, о завтраке на террасе не было и речи. В номере не было тапочек, а когда я их попросила на ресепшене, персонал заявил мне, что их в помине не было. Из миниатюрок присутствовало только мыло, миниатюрки не возобновлялись, как и полотенца, в туалете было плохое окно, из-за чего было прохладно и в номере (я была в октябре и это не было проблемой, но если приезжать зимой, то может быть очень холодно).
