Отель удобно расположен для путешествий на машине, рядом с основными магистралями. Парковка при отеле бесплатна, место всегда есть, даже иногда в тени. Билеты на автобус в центр Флоренции можно купить на респешн, цена 1,2 евро в одну сторону. При покупке в автобусе цена 2 евро. До автобуса - пешком 2-3 минуты. Кондиционер в номере работает, но периодически выключается сам. Попытки его реанимировать ни к чему не привели, через какое то время опять заработал. Возможно это как-то регулируется централизованно в отеле. Мебель в номере новая. Уборка в номере каждый день, претензий нет. Это все по положительным характеристикам. Мы останавливались на две ночи, на больший период я бы нашла что-то еще.
Отель реально старый, ОЧЕНЬ. Лифты работают со скрипом, двери закрываются через раз. Полы, стены, входная зона, даже вывеска и т.п. - все требует ремонта. Система кондиционирования в отеле реально старая. Телевизор без USB. Душевой кабины нет, есть ванная - очень не удобная для приема душа: как ни старались - вода все равно была на полу. Затрак шведский стол - никакой: омлет не съедобный, нарезка 2-3 вида, йогурт, круассаны. Персонал крайне неохотно добавляет еду, если она закончилась, либо просто говорит - финиш))). Кофе можно попросить сварить отдельно в кофемашине, но тоже крайне неохотно они его варят. Очень этим они не довольны. В моем понимании персонал на кухне вообще делает туристам одолжение, обслуживая их. В целом на одну, максимум две ночи отель подойдет.
