It was quiet. It was centrally located. It was clean and upgraded.
The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. No bugs or anything creepy going on. Fast check-in and nice owner, I appreciate his courtesy.
Everything good except internet speed was only 1mbps so my laptop was unusable and had to use data for cell phone internet access
