I loved that it was super clean & decently maintained. There was a gate code to get inside the complex & all entry doors were on the interior of the complex, giving an extra step w security. They provided soap & hair soap in a sealed container, a coffee maker, full frig, stove, & basic kitchen utensil's. The towels were freshly washed & place within an easy reach of the shower. It was a quiet street & the location was AWESOME!! Very near everything that we needed to get to. Easy access to get to & property mgr responds quickly to any questions or issues. Parking is on the street, but we always found a space close by. The price is accustomed to having our lovely yankee friends come invade our state & stay for a LONG period of time.
Apartment was clean, in a good area, and even had some snacks for us. The host was very friendly and it was close to the clubs we went to, I will definitely book again.
Easy & nice. No bother. Everything as expected.
The apartments are located in a quiet residential area. The complex has 2 floors (no elevator I thought). There was a bit of a mixup with extra sheets for the sofa bed but the Avenida contact solved it perfectly by giving us a second unit.
The location was great. We were down the street from the mall, Publix, and close to downtown.
