This place is literally across the street from Balboa Park! You can walk over the cabrillo bridge right into the heart of Balboa Park and enjoy all of the museums and attractions. The apartment has a small kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. For those that love patios and balconies. There is a huge balcony with enough room to sit outside in the sun and enjoy the view of the park. For those that love this location for being close to Balboa Park and Seaport village, it is amazing!

Very secure. Three sets of locks to get into rooms. Front gate lock, floor lock and then room lock. In spite of being in the flight path, the room was quiet. Also liked the patio. Enjoyed my coffee there.

very clean and new apartment. all the facilities are new. Great location, walkable to Balboa park and the zoo.

The apartment is in a fantastic location overlooking Balboa Park. The park, Zoo, down town, gaslamp district and USS Midway are all in walking distance. The only time we used our car was to go to SeaWorld. We had a fantastic time in San Diego and this was the perfect location. The staff at the apartment were always friendly and able to give advice on the local area when we needed it.
