I did not have breakfast, I had to rush to the airport. The front desk young man was exceptional, professional and, very knowledgeable and accomodating.
Outside appeared ok, but unkept nearby, so that detracts from hotel aesthetics.
Young lady operating desk on Thursday evening was professional in her manner and appearance, but other employees were unkept and even looked unclean!
More attention to appearance is required for travelers.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable bed.
The room and bathroom were very clean....spotless in fact. Bed was very comfortable, with lovely pillows. Breakfast offerings were good with a fair amount of choice from yogurt, fruit and cereal, to fresh muffins and cooked items. Juice and coffee was available as well.
Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Great Location from Downtown Chicago. Great price.
