Excellent location on a small private beach with sunrise views! Heated pool with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The host provides plenty of high quality bath and beach towels. We were also provided with enough toilet paper and trash bags for the entire week. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of equipment and utensils for cooking. Everything was very tidy and clean! There's an elevator and rolling carts to assist with luggage. Each unit has designated parking. Sunset park is a 15 minute walk (2 minutes by car, but parking can be a challenge). Locals gather there for a sunset sing-a-long and they encourage visitors to join the fun. There are lots of good restaurants in the Marathon area. The Turtle Hospital is nearby and worth visiting. This is a family friendly area and an excellent home base to explore all of the keys!
