Great location on the island! Comfortable for a family of 6!
This was a wonderful condo for our family vacation. The host was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve ever worked with. The space had several touches of hospitality and felt more like a home than a money-making rental home. The beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, and towels made our time at the beach extra enjoyable. The king size bed was very comfortable; we all slept great. The porch was large with a pretty view for sunsets. It is a long walk to the gulf (probably 15 minutes), but it was really nice to be able to walk and not have to load up a car and find parking to go to the beach.
This property is wonderful and Jan was a really great, attentive host. The space was perfect for our family and had everything we could ever need & more. There were plenty of things for the beach, the kitchen was well stocked, and the home overall felt very home-y vs a rental property. When we arrived, the apartment was sparkling clean, and I really loved that the host left cleaning supplies for use while there, it helped us from having to buy anything to keep countertops clean/sand out of the apartment. We loved the proximity to the private beach and the availability to use a beach wagon provided to transport all our beach things to/from. The community makes it really easy to clean off yourself & your items coming back from the beach with plentiful availability of showers. The pool in the center of the complex is really clean and well-maintained, as well as, the rest of the property.
I liked the apartment, the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp, and there was everything in the apartment we needed, from small coffee European mugs to beach cart, beach chairs, kid boards, chess board, even bandages, etc...
The condo was well furnished. The kitchen had every conceivable gadget. However, the property owner, Jan Morgan, could not have been more attentive. She answered every question promptly & pleasantly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
