It’s right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the beach.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Lots of restaurants around.
in walking distance to everything. A 15-minute walk to the beach. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and bars.
The apartment was clean, recently renovated, well furbished, and in an outstanding location, next to the 3rd Street pedestrian mall and a few short blocks to the cliffs overlooking the beach. The pedestrian mall is packed with restaurants, shopping and has a couple movie theaters. Parking was just a block away. On Wednesday & Saturday there is a farmer's market just in front of the building. There was also zero street noise (see next section for explanation)
