Location and affordability. Place is almost right at the beach, surrounded by hotels, restaurants and bars. Everything is very close and street is safe. For that price you will hardly find better accommodation. Great affordable place. Stuff is very good they helped us with whatever we needed.

We were about 200 yards from south beach which was great. We booked our stay about 10 minutes before we arrived. Kids said their bed was comfortable, my wife’s and I bed were just ok.

Best location. The apartment, even though simple, had everything we needed. We are a family of 5, with 3 young adults and it was perfect for a short stay.

Very accessible for walking, shopping, dining, lounging on the beach, etc. Great value for all that access. Room had body wash, beach towels, shampoo&conditioner, hot plate/stove top, full size fridge, and microwave as well. I was impressed to find a decent price property for an emergency, last minute trip right by the beach. We were able to accomplish what we needed and relax while doing it.
