The easy check-in process and the friendly staff at the counter. She was very helpful. The location was great with restaurants and shopping very nearby. It was quiet with great views of Disney World on one side and the lake on the other.
Love this resort, beautiful, close to everything, great views. It's our favorite place.

The property was very close to everything, it was clean and had great views. I like that you had to use a key card to operate the elevator so just random people couldn’t get in.
