The location is perfect and the room looked exactly as pictured. The view of the bay is awesome and there are one and a half bathrooms with a full kitchen.

The penthouse, it's just as it says penthouse. It is stunningly beautiful with views that are even more radiate than the sun. Bring your food, bring your coffee, and enjoy a well stocked. penthouse. Convenient location to Fort Lauderdale to Miami.. What a pleasure.It was to find such a hidden gem. Our host was fantastic to work with. We look forward to renting this Penthouse again. For this event next year.l

The host was very responsive and genuinely cared about our stay and her property. All the common areas are kept very clean, and the parking rates are very reasonable

FANTASTIC host , very kind, immediately available for any concerns, no hesitation. Comfortable space for two people, maybe a young child too. Nice kitchen, dining area, pleasant living/ tv space. Nice pool deck, nice beachfront, reasonably priced valet, Staff was pleasant. Good location ,tons of restaurants within 2 miles.
