This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests cannot check-in outside normal check-in hours. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
