Lobby was getting remodeled but the room was clean and comfortable.
The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. I felt welcomed here
I liked how easy check in was and going to our room.
Customer Service exemplary attitude: The location is undergoing some construction & they had a creative system set up to check customers in while enduring the inconvenience of construction while doing business. Their attempt to provide adequate service with a good attitude is admirable. Some can pull this off naturally, but when the heat is up, the challenge is to put on your "game face" & do it w/a smile. They did so professionally. They did it without taking out their frustrations of the work environment on the customer & did so respectfully.
The room was very clean and modern. It was spacious and exceeded my expectations.
