Ms. Jigna Patel, the staff at the counter was very professional and friendly. She was ready to get me into another room when I called and told her that the AC was not working and that the room was very hot.
Wonderful person with a great attitude and personality.
Breakfast was okay. Did not like the way the eggs were cooked, a bit watery.
The staff treated me like family! They called immediately when I drove off without my extra pillow. Then met me at the door with it and bid me a happy journey. The breakfast was hot and the dining area was clean and well stocked. The room was clean and updated and the bed very comfortable. Hope to stop there again.
The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was also very nice.
Great customer service, room was cleaned and noise level was exceptional considering I was in town for the track competition
I appreciate they are pet friendly, yet still not a roach hotel.
