The hotel location was close to places that we wanted to visit:
The Monterey Bay aquarium, cannery row shops/restaurants, the scenic ocean view drive, 17 mile drive, beaches.
Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great. During breakfast the staff kept things clean and stocked the whole time.
BW has done an outstanding job in updating and upgrading its properties! This was our second stay recently in a BW, and both times they impressed! Very clean, well put together, and beyond our expectations!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary drinks that added a thoughtful touch. The entire staff was kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
A special thank-you goes to Raichel, who went above and beyond after we accidentally left our suitcase behind. Her dedication and personal care were truly exceptional — she not only arranged the transfer but also made sure to follow up directly with our next hotel. Service like this is rare and deeply appreciated.

It was great place to stay. Sadly no ac but does have a box fan and the weather was amazing down there like always. Pool was great and the spa even better. The breakfast was really good just gotta get up early to get to the best variety to eat. The bed was super comfy. Everything was awesome and the workers are real nice and friendly. Overall great place to stay and I would go here again.
