Like indoor room access. Ground floor was nice. Rooms king bed was nice quality and clean. Bathroom was spotless and the soap and shampoo was good smell.

Friendly staff both checking in & checking out. Shuttle service was prompt & the lady driver in the morning was exceptional. My room was clean & the bed comfortable (larger pillows would be nice) I liked the yoghurt & biscuits at breakfast but some fresh fruit would have been nice.

The room and service were good. After landing at IAH airport, after claiming the luggage, I called the hotel for shuttle. Within 10 minutes, the shuttle was there to pick us up.
