We had the Queen Suite, very spatious, very clean, very friendly, the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. Thankfully, because we have picky kids that never want the same things at the same time! We originally done everything online, very fast very easy, no issues. We actually wound up extending our stay because everything was so nice we just weren't ready to leave! When we did, we extended in person, again simple, no issues. Both check in and check out receptionists were so nice, and helpful. I do not remember their names, but it was the same 2 the whole time we were there and they were great! The beds were SO comfortable, thank you guys for an amazing stay! Good customer service is hard to find these days, and they definately excelled!

Well I didn't know it was under construction when I made reservation until I got there that was the worse part The room we got first was great but the fridge was not working. had to move This room was nice also but had a leaking faucet in shower so you could hear it drip and the screen on window was hanging off. Staff was great room clean great breakfast

It was quiet, the beds were comfy and clean. The floor was clean. The staff were nice, the breakfast wasn't bad.

We never ate breakfast that morning. We stayed in the handicapped accessible king size room and it was great except one thing. The bed was up so high there is no way a person in a wheelchair could possibly get on that bed if they are alone. I wasn’t wheelchair bound and my husband literally had to get on the other side of the bed so I could grab his hand and pull myself up on the bed. Also it had nothing to do with being overweight! I just can’t climb stairs very well and needed a shower not a tub/shower because of a back injury.

Autumn, during breakfast, made us feel like family she is a wonderful person.
