Breakfast is always solid and rooms clean. I have stayed here many times for the Lake, convenient to Beavercreek and Conley
The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had 20 family members and the allowed us to gather in the breakfast area.
Quiet, nice heater that wasn't loud, hot water not only warm, and comfy bed.
