Best Western has my vote and will search for them going forward. Deidre at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and amusing. Great sense of humor. Our room was spacious, super clean and a great value for what we paid ( compared to brand x)
The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful at answering questions. My partner and I are avid cyclists and we found it easy to bike to Mesilla and the University area for food, drinks, and shopping. The swimming pool was properly cared for and felt refreshing after a hot day in the car. We would definitely stay here again.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. I didn't use the pool, but there were others swimming in it, and it looked very nice.
Staff were very friendly both at check in, during breakfast and at check out! Rooms were more spacious than I expected and very clean! Beds were comfy and pool was very enjoyable! I thought it was much higher quality than I expected for the price I paid. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Las Cruces in the future.
I had a really good stay here. The hotel is super clean( both the rooms and the shared spaces were spotless, which I really appreciate). Cleanliness is always one of the first things I notice when I stay somewhere and they clearly take it seriously here. Props to the maintenance and cleaning crew!
The staff was kind and easy to talk to, and check-in was quick and smooth. The whole place has a calm, easygoing vibe.
Just a quick tip: even though the area is really quiet, there’s a train that passes nearby. I only heard it twice (around 10 PM and 6 AM), but I’d suggest grabbing the free earplugs they offer at reception when you check in.
All in all, it’s a great place for the price. Comfy, and well taken care of. I’d definitely come back
