The area was nice, plenty of shopping and restaurants. The pool area was nice. The staff was accommodating.
Sam at the front desk has great customer service. He's very polite and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my accommodations.
The staff was absolutely phenomenal! Very pleasant. There were no issues with the room. It was clean and didn't have any weird smells. The pool area is across the parking lot, but there is plenty of shaded area and a propane grill for grilling. The location was about 20 minutes to anywhere else in the city. Located close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. I am always a bit nervous when booking hotel rooms. You never know what you're realling getting. This place met every expectation. We will be visiting again in the future
This hotel will be my home away from home each time I visit greater cincinnati.
