Hotel was very clean, staff was exceptionally welcoming! Beds were comfortable and the room had good lighting. Shower and bathroom area were clean and the bottles of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash was perfect and smelled great! The pool and hot tub were inviting and relaxing :) Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!!
Pet room was clean with no indication of previous pets. Room was close to grass for "going outside" for pets. Breakfast hours convenient. Bed was clean and comfortable. Hot water available for bathing.
Nice big rooms, quiet, comfy beds, full hot breakfast buffet included. Each room has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Convenient location near I-69 with restaurants and shopping close by. Kristen at the front desk was great, friendly and hard working. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anderson.
We really enjoyed the staff who served up breakfast. Food was great and having a staff member serve up hot eggs, sausage, and French toast added a nice touch. Most places, your cleaning up after others so you can have a clean counter to dish up your own food. Nice job Best Western.

Location was good for us. Breakfast not too carb conscious. I enjoyed the omelette on the day it was available.
