All was great but was not informed that the elevator was out until we arrived. Both my brother and I are over 60 and have physical ailments, and walking up two flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge at best. Had our stay been more than one day I would have changed locations all together.

The front office lady that checked me in was super

When I informed staff that AC was not working they moved me to a new room.

The breakfast had no options for vegetarian and lactose intolerant guests. I had dry toast for one day. When I met Melba and told her she had scrambled eggs the next morning and bananas out, that was all I needed!
I would recommend fruit, nut spread in addition to butter and cream cheese.
