Breakfast was ok for a hotel. Nice room with a king bed and another room within the room with a queen bed. That was a pleasant surprise.

Very convenient location for a stop over. I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi tub - it was clean and worked decently which was nice. The room was pretty big and comfortable. I would say it's middle of the road quality, clean, and comfortable. The area is beautiful with things to do. I visited Edith Wharton's home, The Mount, which was very nive, gorgeous grounds to walk around. The room is near an outside door which workers were going in an out of most of the late afternoon. They were also doing some kind of work on furniture(?) in the parking lot outside which was a little noisy. Other than that it was great.

The hotel had an older feel but it was not shabby. Clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast. A great value for the price.

Manager helped us resolve issues with reservations with Booking. We reserved our room at least a week in advance to discover it was much cheaper on Booking the week of our arrival. We would have saved $250 had we waited to make our reservation of four nights.

Staff was very pleasant. Beds, pillows & towels were good. Breakfast was good.
