Eugene Sanchez was outstanding. I left my glucose monitor and he took it to UPS, so it could be shipped to me.
Excellent breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff! AC was on so that the air was on upon our arrival! So thoughtful!
The property was great except lots of family consuming the pool which was small.
The breakfast selection and quality was excellent. The area was neat and clean.
The front desk attendant when we arrive, Michelle was very welcoming and helpful. We had a concern about children noise since it was Mother's Day eve and there were a large number of children and they were pretty noise when we arrived. She addressed our concern and it was not a problem later in the evening.
I liked everything ! All employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, just all around very nice. Especially Maya in the breakfast area. All breakfast foods were great. Excellent variety. General manager Eugene Perez is an asset to the company ! I did however miss the front desk attendant princess. She was great last time I was there. The location of the hotel is excellent ! Easy access to several restaurants, Walmart. Very nice safe and clean area. Will continue to stay here when visiting !
