Clean, friendly helpful staff, provided extras needed, like blanket and toothbrush

Been staying in this hotel with Booking.com as it hasnt given me problem or concern on my stay, accomodations, billing even at one time when I needed and requested to change my room as I wasnt comfortable with disable-accessible bathroom. They are prompt in accomodating my request. Never gad a problem wuth front desk people. Always on top in assisting guests. Last stay was a bonus too as they allowed me to extend up to 2pm check-out as my flight was still at 750 pm. Didnt want to go around and catch the traffic so i preferred to stay. Breakfast is also satisfying. Just not happy with their airport shuttle bow on a limited time. Hopefully, they can revert back to every hour pick-up to and from airport. Shuttle now runs only from 5am-10am. and 5pm-10pm.

Staff was very nice. Close to the airport but still reasonably priced. Good breakfast.

The hotel staff were so accommodating. They were so helpful in such a stressful time.
